Iam writing to address a recent development regarding my loan account with ICICI bank and to request an extension for the repayment schedule. It has come to my attention that my loan data has been shared with the PMO (Prime Minister’s Office), and they have acknowledged receipt of this information. I would like to emphasize that I am not a willful defaulter, nor do I have any intention to evade my financial obligations. If I were, I would not have voluntarily provided my data to the PMO office.
Currently, I am making efforts to repay my loan in small installments as my financial situation allows. However, due to the involvement of the PMO office in my case, I kindly request that ICICI to grant me additional time until I receive a response from them. This will help me make informed decisions regarding the resolution of my loan issue.
Additionally, I have been receiving multiple demand letters from ICICI bank’s recovery team, but I have encountered difficulties in responding to them. It appears that the email addresses provided in these letters are incorrect and invalid, making communication challenging. I request that ICICI ensure the accuracy of contact information in future correspondences to facilitate a smoother communication process.
I am committed to addressing my financial responsibilities and working towards a resolution that is fair to both parties. I appreciate understanding in this matter and kindly ask for your cooperation by granting me the requested extension until I receive clarity from the PMO office.
