How to Retrieve Costco Credit Card Account Password or User ID

If you want to reset or retrieve your Costco credit card password or User ID, then go through the instructions below.

  • Open the Costco CitiBank page from citi.com/credit-cards/citi-costco-anywhere-visa-credit-card, then click on Sign On
  • Under the Sign On section, click User ID to be reset, click on user ID and for Password to be reset, click on Password
    • Step 1 – Verify your identity by entering your bank account number or ATM, Debit or Credit Card Number, then click on Continue
    • Step 2 – Enter your account registered email address and phone number
    • Step 3 – Enter the OTP received for password, then reset the password to a new one

While, for User ID you will receive an email with your User ID mentioned in it.

  2. Click Apply now shown beside the card image
  3. Enter membership number
  4. Provide personal information
  5. Enter security word
  6. Provide financial information
  7. Agree terms
  8. Click Agree and Submit
